Your Complete Ownership Rights

You own 100% of everything we create for you. This is our fundamental promise. Whether it's your website, hosting package, or any digital asset we develop, you have complete ownership from day one. Exclusive Tech does not own any part of your business assets.

1. Website Ownership

Your Website Belongs to You

When we develop your website, you receive complete ownership of every aspect of it. The moment development is finished, we hand over your website along with proper orientation and training. From that point forward, you're in charge of the day-to-day running of your website.

Your Codebase, Your Choice

You have two options for managing your website's codebase and security:

Option 1: Take Full Control You can assume 100% responsibility for your codebase or CMS, including all security, servicing, and maintenance. This option is perfect if you have in-house developers or if you're a developer yourself. When you choose this path, you take on all website and cyber security responsibilities, and Exclusive Tech is completely exempt from any risks.

Option 2: Let Us Safeguard Your Investment Alternatively, you can delegate the safeguarding of your codebase to Exclusive Tech. We'll provide basic security protection against hostile website takeovers, plus general servicing and maintenance at no additional cost. This is ideal for clients without in-house developers, giving you peace of mind while keeping costs low.

When you need significant updates, upgrades, or modifications, we'll always communicate costs upfront. Remember, even with this option, you still own 100% of your codebase and can delegate safeguarding to anyone else at any time.

Important Security Note

While you can delegate safeguarding responsibilities to anyone you choose, this responsibility cannot be divided between Exclusive Tech and another entity. Sharing cyber security responsibilities between multiple parties significantly increases security risks, which is why we maintain this policy for your protection.

Website Credits and Portfolio Rights

Just like photographers place watermarks on images or manufacturers add "made by" labels, we include "Made with Love by Exclusive Tech" credits in your website footer. We also reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio.

These credits don't affect your ownership in any way. You still own 100% of your website and all proceeds from it. Credits can only be removed if you hire a completely new developer to build an entirely new website. Content updates or partial modifications don't qualify for credit removal.

If you prefer not to have credits on your website, you can purchase Development Credits from us. We'll communicate the cost for this option upfront.

2. Hosting Package Ownership

Your Complete Package Ownership

Our hosting packages include servers, domain, emails, SSL certificates, backups, and additional features. You own 100% of whatever package you subscribe to. Packages simply need renewal by their anniversary date, and you can choose not to renew at any time without obligation.

Freedom to Transfer Anytime

You have complete freedom to transfer your hosting package from Exclusive Tech to any other service provider whenever you want. We'll assist with the entire transfer process completely free of charge. While we're not responsible for other providers' pricing (since each company has independent pricing structures), we'll ensure your transition is smooth and hassle-free.

Our Administrative Responsibilities

While you own your hosting package, Exclusive Tech administers all packages we provide. This means we're responsible for server and domain security to ensure maximum safety for your investment. This administrative responsibility only applies to Exclusive Tech hosting packages.

Bring Your Own Hosting

You're always welcome to use your own hosting package when you need a website developed. In this case, Exclusive Tech is completely exempt from all server and domain-related security concerns, and you maintain full control over your hosting environment.

Your Rights in Summary

• Transfer Freedom: Move your website or hosting anywhere, anytime, with our free assistance

• Business Proceeds: All revenue and benefits from your website belong entirely to you

Our Role: Safeguarding Your Investment

Exclusive Tech's primary role is safeguarding your digital assets while ensuring you maintain complete ownership and control. We handle cyber security, server management, and technical maintenance so you can focus on growing your business.

You always have the right to delegate these safeguarding responsibilities to anyone else. We'll gladly assist with any transitions. However, for security reasons, we cannot share cyber security responsibilities with other parties.
