Your plan includes complete development of your website, mobile app, or web application based on the agreed specifications. We provide the same high-quality design, functionality, and support that our traditional payment clients receive—the only difference is the payment structure. Your solution will be fully functional from launch, not limited or restricted during the payment period.

Upon completion of all payments, the website, mobile app, or web application is considered fully paid and complete. At this point, we transfer full backend control to you. You'll have the option to either continue hosting with us (many clients choose this for convenience) or migrate to your own hosting solution with our assistance for a smooth transition.

Hosting remains with Exclusive Tech during the payment term to ensure security, consistent performance, and proper maintenance of your digital asset. This arrangement also protects both parties' interests throughout the payment period. Our hosting infrastructure is specially optimized for the solutions we build, ensuring optimal performance throughout the payment term.

Exclusive Tech may charge a separate hosting fee depending on your solution's specific resource requirements. Complex web applications, high-traffic websites, or data-intensive mobile app backends may require additional resources beyond our standard hosting package. We provide transparent hosting cost information during the consultation phase, ensuring you understand the complete investment before proceeding.

For clients with existing hosting arrangements, we will migrate your domain to our servers for the duration of the payment term. This ensures we can maintain and support your digital solution effectively. Upon completion of payments, we can either migrate your domain back to your preferred hosting provider or discuss continuing with our hosting services if you prefer.

Should a payment be missed, Exclusive Tech reserves the right to temporarily pause service until payment is made within 5 working days after the scheduled payment date. We understand that occasional financial challenges occur, so we'll always attempt to work with you on a solution before any service interruption. However, if no payment arrangement is made within the grace period, we may need to permanently suspend service in accordance with our terms.

Absolutely! There are no penalties for early payment. If your business grows and you wish to complete your payments ahead of schedule, simply contact us to arrange full settlement. We'll consider how much the regular pricing was relative to the remaining balance to determine early settlement amount, and provide simple instructions for completing your ownership transfer sooner than planned.

Yes, your digital solution remains fully adaptable throughout the payment period. As your business evolves, your digital presence can evolve with it. Standard hourly rates apply for changes beyond the original scope, but the solution remains completely under your operational control—we simply maintain the technical hosting until payments are complete. During this term, Exclusive Term is the only service provider that can be requested to make any updates, upgrades, modifications, and/or maintenance, at rates agreed upon.

This FAQ along our Privacy & Terms acts as a legal contract that becomes effective immediately when an invoice is accepted. Either party may issue request for adjustments before invoice is accepted, and such adjustments should be in writing, if not, this FAQ along Privacy & Terms remains effective as is
